Can you explain what the item conditions mean?

  • New: Brand new, never worn, tags still attached! 
  • Like New: Like new, you won't see any signs of wear. 
  • Excellent: Hardly worn, you might notice some light wear. 
  • Great: Only minor wear is visible. Please refer to notes and images for more details. 

Do you accept e-transfer? 

  • Absolutely! Feel free to send us an email (hello@trendykids.ca) to arrange payment via e-transfer. 

How much is shipping?

  • Orders over $120 ship free within Canada. If your order is under $120, a flat rate of $15 applies.

Do you offer local delivery?

  • Enjoy free delivery on orders within 10km of Sydney, Nova Scotia. If you're outside the distance, no worries – you can still take advantage of free pickup!

When can I expect my order? 

  • All orders will be shipped, delivered or ready for pickup within two days.
  • Need your order ASAP? No problem, just send us an email, and we'll do our best!

Do you wash the items?

  • Of course! All the gently loved washable items are carefully cleaned before being listed for sale.

What's the return policy?

  • We do our best to ensure all items are as described as all sales are considered final. 
  • If we happen to miss something, please reach out to us within two days of receiving your purchase as we're committed to ensuring you're happy with all the items you receive.
